Ablauf

Wichtige Informationen
- Bei Anfrage des Studierenden zur Betreuung durch Ihre Person ist zu prüfen, ob der Studierende die Voraussetzungen zur Durchführung des Praktikums erfüllt. Hierzu gelten für die Studierenden abhängig von zum erlangenden Studienabschluss und Immatrikulationszeitpunkt folgende Bedingungen:

Damit Sie die Erfüllung der Voraussetzungen überprüfen können, muss vom Studierenden mit der Anfrage zur Betreuung eine aktuelle Notenübersicht, welche im HIS als PDF heruntergeladen werden kann, eingereicht werden.
- Weiterhin ist mit dem Studierenden abzustimmen, welchen Inhalt das Praktikum haben soll und welchen Leistungsnachweis er zu erbringen hat.1
- Nach Prüfung der Voraussetzung und Klärung des Praktikumsinhalts und -nachweises, müssen Sie die Betreuung bestätigen, in dem Sie auf dem Laufzettel Ihren Namen sowie den zu erbringenden Nachweis eintragen und beides mit Ihrer (digitalen) Unterschrift bestätigen.
- Für denn Fall das Probleme oder Fragen während des Praktikums auftauchen sollten, tauschen Sie Ihre Kontaktdaten mit dem Betreuer des Unternehmens aus.

Process of internship

Important information
- If a student requests you to supervise his internship, you have to check, whether the student meets the requirements for carrying out the internship. The following conditions apply to the students, depending on the degree obtained and the time of matriculation:

To check the fulfillment of the requirements, the student must submit a current transcript of records with his request which can be downloaded as PDF via HIS.
- Furthermore, you have to coordinate with the student the content of the internship as well as the internship work to be done (written report, presentation or both).1
- After checking the requirements and coordinating the internship content and work to be done, you have to confirm the supervising of the internship through adding your name and the internship work to be done on the routing slip and confirm both with your (digital) signature.
- In case questions or problems arise during the internship, exchange your contact details with those of the company supervisor.
