Für Praktika innerhalb Deutschlands gilt: Bei dem vom Studierenden zu absolvierenden Praktikum handelt es sich um ein Pflichtpraktikum.1 Somit besteht gegenüber Ihrem Unternehmen kein rechtlicher Anspruch auf eine Vergütung oder Urlaub seitens des Studierenden. Die Erfahrung vergangener Praktika zeigt jedoch, dass viele Unternehmen bereit sind eine Vergütung zu zahlen und in einigen Fällen auch Urlaub ausgehandelt werden konnte.
Laut Prüfungsordnung muss der Praxispartner dem Studierenden eine Bescheinigung in Form eines Praktikumszeugnisses ausstellen, „aus dem hervor geht, dass die berufspraktische Tätigkeit des oder der Studierenden dem Zweck des Praxissemesters entsprochen und der oder die Studierende die ihm bzw. ihr übertragenden Aufgaben erfolgreich bewältigt hat.“1
